Karting with the Gang

Thursday afternoon saw the guys and Girls of WSP Safety take to the track for a fun filled afternoon of Karting at http://www.elk-racing.co.uk/

All of us would like to say a big thank you to the guys at ELK for making the afternoon so enjoyable, the track and facilities are fantastic and the guys were brilliant.

The results of the day overall were: 1st - Malcolm (The Stig) Scrimshaw, 2nd - Steve (Sterling Moss) Loveday, and 3rd - Russell (Sew me on a Button) Blythe

Karen and Tony's Wedding

Saturday saw the Wedding of Karen and Tony at the Redhouse in Kelham, it was a lovely small service for close friends and family and everyone had a great time, me included.

I managed to get this shot of Karen with her Dad just before the ceremony, I am not sure who was more nervous.

I would like to wish Karen and Tony my best wishes, and all the luck in the world.

August Bank Holiday on the Beach

Well you know when the end of summer is getting near when it is the August Bank Holiday weekend.

This year I went camping with some Family and friends to Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire, it is a lovely little town with lots of history linked to the Dam Busters regiment from World War II.

I can whole heartidly recommend staying at Bainland Country Park, the facilities were great.

As you can see by the photo, we spent time on the Beach and we all had a great time. The find of the weekend was the lovely beach at Chapel Saint Leonards, It was gorgeous.

SNAFC Grand Opening

This weekend I photographed the grand opening of South Normanton Athletic Football Clubs ground and their new facilities.

The night was a huge success, there were lots of things going on throughout the evening, a lovely barbeque, the opening ceromony and brilliant entertainment, including Justin Gilbody (Pictured Left) who wowed the crowd with his Freddie Mercury Tribute Act, A Kind of Magic http://www.akindamagic.co.uk/.

I am a proud sponsor of South Normanton Athletic Football Club and would like to thank the committee members and volunteers for their hospitality on the night, and wish them all the best for the future.

Bookings Are Now Being Taken

Hey ho peeps, I am now taking bookings for wedding, portraiture and architectural commisions in 2010.

My Diary is starting to fill up for the summer months already, which for my first year in business is brillaint.

Ian and Claires Wedding 17th July 2009

I was lucky enough to be asked to Photograph the wedding of Ian and Claire at Alfreton Hall, Derbyshire on friday.

The Bride and Groom looked great, and had a fantastic time. The venue was lovely and all the staff did a terrific job on the day.

I would just like to say a big congratulations to them both and a big thank you to them as well, I had a great day and enjoyed every minute of it.

Chunks Birthday Bash 11th July 2009

Good afternoon everyone, sorry I have been off the radar for some time now, but this is the re-start of my blogging for you all.

On Saturday evening I was asked to take some photographs for a good friend of mine for his 35th Birthday.

Everyone had a great time and we got rather drunk by the end of it.

Just thought I would come and update my blog as it has been a while. Not alot to report really apart from i have finally given up smoking!!
